Interesting Fact: Sponge Bob Squarepants was originally going to be called "Spongeboy" but the name was already trademarked. Ironically, Bony is loosely known as "Spongeboy" at the bath house where he started working after seeing a dip in his business at the docks. The obvious thought is that he physically carries a sponge as part of his duties, but he has informed me that he was dubbed Spongeboy instead due to his eagerness to absorb the knowledge passed down to him from the older, more experienced guys that work there. Bony should be admired for his dedication to his craft.
