Rest Day 090802

12 year old Rachel setting her second PR for the day yesterday. This 105, boosted the total of her best training lifts to 500, a goal she's been after for some time. 13 pounds of PR this past week for her between this lift and her 210 Deadlift on Thursday (which came after her Max Effort work was done in the Snatch Grip Deficit Deadlift). Rachel's ever increasing strength is just plain awesome. Her focus and dedication is constantly on the rise as her previous records fall. She has recently set out on an assistance campaign to bring up her weak points, a concept she asked me about on her own out of desire to improve, and from seeing what Mandy, her brother's assistance work has done for him. Rachel will make her Powerlifting debut this fall at a meet to be determined. Keep up the phenomenal work Rachel, 550 official Raw Total here we come!

If anyone out there is not progressing in their given endeavors, shoot me an email, I'd be happy to pass it on to Rachel so that you can hear from a 12 year old what it takes to reach your goals. Are you getting closer? Or are you kidding yourself?

What are your goals again???
