Gallant and Michele, thanks for staying yesterday so I could get my 5th workset in. I thought the 4th and 5th rep were going to staple me to the floor, but somehow I made them (probaby the encouraging words from Gallant ha ha ) :-p
And Michele, it's really great to see your excitement in getting stronger each week! Now don't forget to put Fridays numbers in your book !
