350lb for Mandy. Just a reminder, Mandy is 14, and just last year was a little fat kid who sweated and strained to pull 92lbs off of the floor. If you aren't making gains like this, it may be time to look at what you're doing and think about what your goals are, and what you want from your training. I say this especially if you are paying good money for someone to "train" you. If you are on the other side of the fence and are packing classes and creating new gimmicks to get people in your doors and increase your income under the guise of mass producing fitness through "programs" that aren't intended to provide any real value to the client, particularly after their initial novice "looking at a dumbbell will cause me to favorably adapt" phase, maybe think about if what you are doing is ethical. Once you've done this, just tell me to go to hell and count your money because we both know this is what you'll do anyway. Congratulations Mandy, keep it up, you'll have 400 real soon.

Nice job Mandy. The work is paying off. Yeah, I did see some calf definition on that leg.
