Zarsky has committed to never ending progress. Her strength improves with every week that passes, and she has the log, the lifts, the chins, the dips, and the body to show for it. Are you making consistent, measurable progress? How close are you to your current goals? Do you have current goals? What indicators are you using to determine how close you are to accomplishing them if they even exist? Training without direction, focus, planning, and commitment to achieving a goal is masturbation. Is that what you're doing? Worse, are you paying someone to watch you, or tell you how to do it? Get some goals, get a plan. Work. Repeat. Don't waste your time or money "working out", Train. Train for something.

"He who rejects change is the architect of decay. The only human institution which rejects progress is the cemetery."
-Harold Wilson

This morning provided more evidence re: the efficacy of Greyskull's program.

When I started with JP I couldn't do a single proper pushup. I was stuck on knee pushups.

Fast forward just over a year, and I did 35 consecutive pushups (after a pretty grueling 5x5 of one arm dumbbell press)

Zarsky your progress along with everyone else's is amazing. It's good to know that some people are willing to train the right way and get strong, instead of silly programs that don't do shit. Great job and keep up the good work

Kathy, it has been amazing to watch you progress over the past year. From the 12lb dumbells to using the 45lb bar for the first time, to the 185 back squat, to the 250 lb deadlift, to the multiple pull ups, dips, push ups and the list goes on.....and we can't forget about Peggy....who will text me at 5:30 am to catch a ride so she doesn't miss a training session. Peggy works so hard for every rep, has such a great attitude, and keeps getting stronger (than Michele :-) every day.
