5/3/1 Cycle 2 Week 1 Day 2

Squat
Front Squats
Toes to Bar
Back Extn

Even though this is week 1 (65%,75%,85%) of sets of 5, the last set of 5+ was a bitch. Managed 7 reps. Front squats were good - I have been doing 5x10 at 135lbs with less than a minute rest.

JP - what are you seeing for people hitting the 5/3/1 in terms of the x+ sets? Do I just need to dig deeper or is 7 reps on week one normal?
