Hey John, keeping you updated on all that info you gave. All your suggestions have payed off huge for my friend John. I green lighted him for a 1rm attempt last friday on the bench. The boy hit 355! That's 75 over his college 1rm when he wrestled for Oregon State and squatted 450. The Doc has cleared him for light squatting again and he cant wait to get back under the rack. Thanks again, Z
