Zack dragging 8 plates. I feel bad for the linemen that have to square off with him this year. He is seriously going to hurt some people.

Congratulations by the way to Zack and Sean (Quitter) for coming in first and second place respectively in their lifting test for football last week. Zack squatted 400 x 7 and Sean 365 x 7 as well as three other lifts earning them far and away the best totals (with lifts that didn't look like shit and would have passed in meets unlike the others).
